Pet Policy

General Guidelines

Pets must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room.
Guest to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Owners can bring pets into their hotel room via the side entrance nearest the room.
Verification that vaccinations are complete and up-to-date is required.
Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest Rooms.
Pets must not be walked through the lobby of the hotel.
Pet must only be walked on the designated pet area(s) of the hotel grounds.
Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
Pets are not allowed in the main building of the hotel. Pets may be left unattended in your room for a short time as long as the owner is still onsite. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee. Please ensure that the pet is on a flea program.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

I agree to make my room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service.

Pet-Friendly Areas

Pets allowed in: Guest Room, Main Lobby, Outside. Not allowed in public areas where F&B is served or consumed. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

Pet Control

Pets must be leashed or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel.

Acceptable Pets

We welcome all well-mannered dogs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior (biting, noise, disease, waste in public).

Signage

Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.

Inspection

Housekeeping enters only if (a) pet is not present, or (b) you are present with pet on leash. The guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time by the Hotel Authorities.

Although we here at Trulyy India take the safety and comfort of every pet very seriously and will do our very best to accommodate and work to provide a safe environment for them, we will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, injuries or other unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

DECLARATION BY GUEST

I hereby declare that any damages caused by my pet to my room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel is my sole responsibility. I understand that my account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages.
